Mr. Jan Stein has more than 30 years patent experience and drafts and prosecutes Patent Applications in mechanics and applied physics. He has large experience from European Oppositions, Appeals and Oral Proceedings, also based on evidence regarding Prior Use.
He has been an expert witness for five years in the Danish Court of Appeal and the Danish Supreme Court and also in the Norwegian Appeal Court and the Norwegian Supreme Court. He was also been an external member of the Norwegian Board of Appeal (KFIR) 2016 – 2019.
In 1993, Jan founded a forty full day course in European patent practice (“the EQE-programme”), a preparation course for candidates for the authorization of European Patent Attorneys, and was heading it until 2011. The EQE-programme became part of the training programme of Albihns AB in 1997, and of the Swedish IP Academy in 2006. Jan still holds lectures in different topics of the European patent law, and has been involved in the development of the courses held by the European Patent Academy, organized by the EPO.
Jan has been a patent attorney since 1997 and has previous experience from the patent department of the industry (1993 – 1997), the European Patent Office (1987 – 1993) where he was a member of Examining and Opposition Divisions. He started his patent career at the Swedish Patent Office (1985 – 1987) and headed the patent department of a mid-size patent agency 2006 – 2010.

Ms. Elisabeth Einemo has more than 35 years of trademark experience.
Elisabeth has a longtime experience in handling trademark matters in Sweden, at EUIPO as well as at WIPO, including advisory, trademark strategies, oppositions, appeals, drafting and negotiating agreements and handling trademark and other intellectual property portfolios.
During the period 1983 – 2008 Elisabeth worked as an IP consultant with the legal and trademark department of a mid size patent agency in Stockholm. Between 2008 and 2014, she worked as an IP consultant in co-operation with a small law firm. There, she gained large experience from WIPO and EUIPO trademark cases, oppositions and appeals.

Elisabeth joined Ipracraft AB in 2014.
Mr. Sven Berg has some 35 years of patent experience. Sven is well acquainted with drafting and prosecuting European as well as Swedish patent applications, oppositions and appeals, including oral proceedings. Further, Sven works with infringement analyses and searches in computer data bases.
Within the patent area, Sven has worked in the technical field of applied physics, in particular optics, ultrasound, contact lenses, microwaves but also in the fields of packaging, electrical connectors, integrated circuits, spark plugs, transportation devices to mention a few.
Sven has more than 10 years of experience as patent attorney and 23 years as patent examiner at the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich.
He also has wide knowledge of copyright law regarding works of art.

Mr. Peter Thomasson has more than 25 years of patent experience.
Peter drafts patent applications in Swedish and English within the Mechanical field and prosecutes them before patent authorities both in Sweden and abroad. Peter has experience from identifying and evaluating matter suitable for patent applications in R&D projects and of giving advice within the field of IPR to clients according to their differing needs. Peter has also experience from opposition procedures at several patent offices and has represented clients in oral proceedings before both the Swedish Patent Office (PRV) and the Swedish Court of Appeals (PBR). Peter has also participated in oral proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO) and at the Oslo District Court as technical advisor. Peter has also experience from lecturing about IPR for patent system users. Peter has further translated Finnish and German patent documents into the Swedish language.
In 2015, Peter took part in the drafting of responses from Swedish associations of Patent Attorneys to the Referral regarding the Final report of the Patent Law Inquiry regarding the proposed new Swedish Patent Law.
Peter has been active as a Patent Attorney in Sweden since 1999. Prior to this, Peter was IPR Manager at a company within the Ericsson group (1995 – 1999) and a Patent examiner at the Swedish Patent Office (1991 – 1995).

Mr. Patrik Blidefalk has more than 20 years experience of patents i general, out of which more than 10 years as patent attorney and some 10 years as a patent examiner at the Swedish Patent Office (PRV).
Patrik drafts and prosecutes patent applications within the field of electrotechnology, such as telecommunications, electric power engineering, electronics and software-related inventions. In particular within telecommunications and medical technology.
Patrik also handles patentability analyses and is advisor in infringement cases.
He has also done lecturing in patent practice.
